RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Policy
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted on merchandise purchased online from the onyxstore.ecrater.com Internet site. Returns or exchanges on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the placement of the order ONLY if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed or if you have received the wrong item.
Returns and Exchanges
